What does MangoSeed.AI do?
MangoSeed.AI is an AI engineering house. We build custom, on-premise and GDPR-native AI solutions — from analysing your data and processes to offline-capable deployment and training.
Do you need AI for every problem?
No — and we say so honestly. Some things are solved better by clean automation than by a model. Where AI does make sense, a small specialised model (SLM) is often enough instead of an expensive frontier model.
SLM or frontier model — what do you recommend?
As small as possible, as large as necessary. A well-tuned SLM is cheaper, faster, more controllable and deployable on-premise. We reach for frontier models only where their strength is genuinely needed.
Does our data stay with us?
Yes. Our solutions run on-premise or in the EU cloud (Frankfurt), fully offline if you wish. Your data never leaves the server and is not used to train third-party models.
How does a project work?

How are you different from consulting with standard licenses?
Instead of strategy papers and copilot licenses, we build the concrete AI you actually need — based on your own data and processes, fully on-premise on request. We build; others talk about it.
Do you help with GDPR and DORA?
Yes. Several of our tools are built precisely for this: mapping of personal data, records of processing and deletion concepts from real data, and a BaFin-grade audit trail for DORA contract reviews.
What does white-label mean with you?
We build the AI, you market it under your own brand. That is how many of our brands and products came to be. Your product, our engineering depth.
Who is behind MangoSeed.AI?
MangoSeed.AI was founded by Alexander Holtermann, AI strategist and the mind behind Professor Digital. It is operated by MangoSeed.AI OÜ, based in Tallinn (Estonia).
